FAQ

Refurbished Kobold: your questions

Can't find the answer? Message us on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between a used and a refurbished Kobold?

A refurbished Kobold is a used one that we have taken apart, checked piece by piece, repaired with selected spare parts, sanitised and tested with a full function test. That's why it comes with a warranty, which a simple used appliance usually doesn't have.

How long is the warranty?

Three years on the VK220S, VK150 and VK140, two years on the VK7s, VK136, VK135, VK131, VK122, VK121 and VK120. You will find the conditions in our terms.

Which Kobold is right for me?

If you want to move around without a cable, the VK7s. If you are looking for the most complete corded Kobold, the VK220S, VK150 or VK140, which also have a 3-year warranty. If you want to spend as little as possible, the VK120, VK121 and VK122. If in doubt, message us: we will recommend the right model for your home.

Are bags and accessories the same for all models?

No: each generation has its own bags and attachments. On each model's page, which you reach by tapping its name, you will find compatible bags, brushes and spare parts.

Can I trade in my old Kobold?

Yes: we value your old Kobold or Thermomix and offer you an advantage on your purchase. All the details are on the trade-in page.
