Recipes from the Cook-Key
With the Cook-Key, Vorwerk's Wi-Fi key, Cookidoo® recipes arrive directly on the TM5 screen.
From 37 to 120 °C
You heat, cook and keep warm from 37 up to 120 °C. With water in the mixing bowl the temperature stops at 100 °C.
Steam with the Varoma
The Varoma sits on the lid of the mixing bowl: while the main dish cooks below, you steam vegetables, fish or meat above.
Scale in 5 g steps
You weigh ingredients in the mixing bowl up to 3 kg at a time, with 5 g accuracy.
Reverse, dough and Turbo
The 500 W motor runs from 100 to 10,200 rpm, with gentle stirring at 40 rpm, reverse rotation, dough mode and Turbo at 10,700 rpm.

What comes with the refurbished TM5?
The price of the refurbished Thermomix TM5 includes spatula, measuring cup, butterfly whisk, blade cover and Varoma.
Do TM5 accessories fit the TM6?
Many do: the Varoma, mixing bowl lid, spatula and Varoma lid that we sell are compatible with both, as stated in each product name.
How do recipes get onto the TM5?
You can follow guided recipes directly on the screen. With the Cook-Key, Vorwerk's Wi-Fi key, the ones you choose on Cookidoo® arrive there too.
Why doesn't it go above 100 °C with water?
Because water boils at 100 °C: the higher temperatures, up to 120 °C, are for steam cooking with the Varoma and for ingredients with little water.
