What makes the TM21 special
The first with a scale
With the TM21, from 1996, Vorwerk built in the scale: you weigh in the mixing bowl from 10 g up to 2.5 kg at a time, up to 7.5 kg in three weighings.
The first with the Varoma
The Varoma also arrived with the TM21, for steaming above the mixing bowl with at least half a litre of water below.
Up to 12,000 rpm
The 600 W motor runs from 100 to 12,000 rpm, with the Turbo button for chopping in an instant.
A level for dough
An intermittent speed level is designed specifically for dough.
From 40 to 100 °C
You heat and cook from 40 to 100 °C, plus the Varoma level for steam cooking.
Timer up to 60 minutes
The timer counts in seconds in the first minute, in half-minutes up to 10 and in minutes up to an hour.

What year is the TM21?
Vorwerk introduced it in 1996. It was the first Thermomix with a built-in scale and the Varoma.
The blades don't turn well: what can I replace?
Often the blade assembly with its locking ring is enough; if the problem is in the drive, there are the gears. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Are the spatula and measuring cup the same as on other models?
Yes: the spatula also fits the TM3300 and the measuring cup also fits the TM31 and TM3300.
