All our refurbished products, such as Kobolds and accessories, come with a 2 to 3-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defect and is valid from the moment of delivery.
We collect the product from your home at our expense and, once it reaches us, decide whether to repair it or send you a new one, so you're not left without your Kobold.
