The TM5  bimby knife group; it is the beating heart of the "Vorwerk Bimby" system. Thanks to its special shape it is possible to mince, crumble and at the same time also knead and assemble without changing accessories in the robot.  
Our tm5 bimby blades are made of high quality, food grade stainless steel. Designed to last over time and to do their hard work every day in your Vorwerk Bimby TM5.  
If your blades don't chop, chop, pulverize more like they used to, then maybe it's time to replace them. Once you have unhooked the upper safety, open the lid, take the complete mug out of the unit, in the part below where the fixing ring nut is located, rotate it clockwise while holding the blade assembly from inside the mug to unhook the unit tm5 bimby blades, at this point the blades are free and you can remove them from inside the mug.  
Once this is done, go back through the procedure in reverse, replacing the blade assembly with the new one. At this point you are ready to make any recipe with your Bimby. Easily washable with a simple brush even between cooking.
